Open a *.Vba File

Hi all

I have a *.Vba file.Which is an powerpoint add-in.I need to open
that.How can i open it.I have no idea of Vba projects.Please advice
me.

The .VBA extension is used with a project created using the developer
edition of Office. You will need that edition to open it.
