Open Office Document and Create Office Document

I used to have these two items in my start menu, and they have disappeared.
I can't for the life of me figure out how to put them back. Help.

Use the Detect and Repair command found under the Help menu and make
sure the option "Restore my shortcuts while repairing" is turned on.
