Open Office Document Dialog Box

When i upgrades to Office 2003 I cannot find the OPen Office document tool in
the start menu.

How do i get it back?

The 'New Office Document' and 'Open Office Document' features
are still available in Office 2003, but they switched from
being a default install to a custom feature install.

You can add them from the Microsoft Office 2003 listing
in Add/Remove Programs in the Windows control panel.

In the advanced features you'll find it under
'Office Shared Features'

You can also get there through the Taskpane in the
Office 2003 apps when you click on the 'New Document'
icon and then in the Taskpane 'New from Template' on
my computer.
