Open older publication in Pub 2007 ?

I haven't been able to open a publication created in Publisher 2003 in the
newer version-2007.
It's starting to get a tad frustrating. Haven't been able to find the
answer anywhere yet.

Publisher 2007 can open 2003 publications.
Do you have Norton?

thanks for answering my dumb question. I just figured out the REAL problem.
My old computer has office 2003 which includes Publisher. My new computer
did not come with Publisher so I loaded an older version on it (2000) which
probably explains why it won't open publications created with a newer
version. I do have another questions which I'll post separately
