Open Powerpoint 2003

I've got a Powerpoint 2003 and I can open it, but I can't work with it. I have reinstalled the program, however, it didn't work. If I try to do something the program blocked and I can't do nothing more. What can I do?

Did you go through the activation process? Have you run Office Update and
made sure that you have the required patches installed?

If neither of those things are the problem, then please give us a few more
details. What happens when you try to run PowerPoint? Does it show on the
screen? Do you get an error? Does it open and close?

When I start the program, if I try to do write something it stay blocked and I can't do anything more. If I try to open an existing document, the program let me do it. But if I try to modify an existing document I can't, because the program blocked and it is necessary to close it.

Have you "activated" the product?

Hope this is useful to you. Let us know.

Hi,

Rob may be on the money here. To activate, go to the menu of Help| Activate
product. You will need to be connected to the internet, or close to a
telephone. Else it may be some password protection issue you are finding.
