I have looked through all of the posts I could find re: memory errors here,
and have run Detect and Repair on Office 2003 SBE, running on XP Pro, SP2
with up to date hotfixes, toshiba tecra M2 laptop with 512MB ram. The .pst
file is less than 85 MB. It was over 1.4 GB, then I archived most of the
excess.
Every time the user tries to open recent docs from a new message it gives an
out of memory error repeatedly; I click the ok button and a new message
appears from 5 to 20 times. then you can close the window that shows the
list of recent docs.
I am looking for any ideas about how to diagnose the problem. If I could
clear the recent document list, would that help? How can I do that?
Thanks
