Outlook 2003 error "not enough free memory to run this program"

I get this error "There is not enough free memory to run this program. Quit
one or more programs, and then try again." when I try to "save as" certain
email as .msg file. Other email save fine. Machine is 2.8 GHz Xeon with 2
GB RAM running windows XP and outlook 2003 SP2. Email is small but has 2
decent size attachments 50KB each and the To: field is huge. Both
attachments open and can be saved to machine. Email can be saved without
problem as .txt, but .msg gives error. I have to get this to work! Any help
is greatly appreciated.
