Error saving email as .msg file

I have outlook 2003. When I try to save a single email as an .msg file I get
this error: "There is not enough memory to run this program Quit one or more
programs and try again." I had a coworker try the same on their machine with
the same result.

The email has 3 attachments, 13 MB, 8MB and 15kb.

If I drag and drop the email to my desktop It works fine.

I would like to know if this is a bug and/or how to resolve the file saveas
issue.

Additionally, if the TO: field has a large number of names then it also fails
with the same message. Anyone?
