opening a datasheet record in a form

Hi all

I have a form in datasheet view called sub_frm_input_work_DONT_ALTER. I wish
to be able to select a record from this form (by double clicking it or some
other means) and have it open in a form view form called
frm_input_work_DONT_ALTER.

Could someone help me out with this?
