Opening a Worksuite Document with Word 2002

I received a document in Microsoft Work Word Processor
format and I can't open it with Microsoft Word 2002....I
have Office XP Pro, but I the Works document comes out in
computer code. What gives?

Use File Open and in the Files as Type windows select the appropriate Works
format and open the document. If the Works converters are not present in the
list of file types, run Office Setup and install the additional converters.

And note that if you were actually dealing with a document from Works
*Suite* (as your subject line states), it would be in Word. Only simple
Works (not the suite) has the Works word processor.
