I just upgraded my Outlook Express with a free upgrade
over the internet. Now, I receive some messages with
attachments where I am unable to open the attachments. I
can see the name of the attachment, but it is "gray"
not "black" and it will not open. On the other hand,
some attachments are "black" and open just like they
always did. The upgrade was installed around the first
of August, 2003.
