I have a couple of issues. First, it seems to take an
unusually long time for this program (Outlook 2002) to
open. I have a fast computer so can't determine what
causes the slowness. Also, when I attempt to open a link
in an e-mail, I get a message saying it can't open the
link due to restrictions on the system, please see system
administrator. I am the administrator but can't find the
way to eliminate these retsrictions. Please help!!
