Opening Outlook

We have not used Outlook for some time. We have lost our
passwords and cannot open Outlook. Do I need to remove and
install Outlook or are there alternatives?

If you have forgotten the password to the *.pst file(s), then you need to go
third party to recover the password as Microsoft does not have a utility to
reset or recover said passwords.
