operation could not be completed

I have just upgraded to MS office 2003, everything works
except outlook where I get the following message.
(exchange server)

"The operation could not be completed becuase one or more
of the parameters are incorrect"
I then click ok and it brings up the exchange information
which is correct so i click ok and it says"unable to open
default folders. the information stored could not be
opened"

Any ideas
