Operation Failed - error

Hi
Can someone tell me how to fix this problem: (this is not occuring everytime - very sporatic)

There is a user using Outlook 2002 on a W2K SP3 operating system. When she launches Outlook and sends an e-mail with attachments (usually Word or Excel files), she gets the error message: "Microsoft Word: The operation failed.

She has Outlook 20002 launched and she's using the New Mail icon to write a new mail and using the attachment from here to attach the files

Help!
