"Operation failed" Message in Ms Outlook2000!!

After i configure a new user profile at Exchange Server and trying to comlete the configuration of Microsoft outlook 2000 at the same user account the message" Opertion failed" appeared !

I have alot of users at my networks working well with thier email accounts, but some of outlook accounts not working .. !
Can you help me please !!!
