Operation failed message

I just installed Outlook 2002. I created a number of email
accounts and assign them to the Outlook.pst file.

Every time I click on the Send and Receive All Messages,
an error message appears reading "Operation failed".

I cannot figure out what I did wrong during the
installation process. Can you help me?
