Org Chart Shapes

Can the org chart shapes be changed from a rectangle to any other kind of
shape such as a circle, triangle, etc. by the user or even programatically?
Can I add new shapes to the org chart stencil and use those instead?

Can I programatically apply the "Arrange Subordinate..." functionality to
the chart? Is that functionality available thru the API?

Would appreciate any help.
