Organization chart in Word

I have created an org chart and cannot seem to resolve two problems. The first is that out of about 25 boxes (names & positions) there is one that shows on my screen, but will not when I print it. If I open the Show/Hide tool, everything iappears to be as it should be, but still prints as an empty box.

The other issue I cannot fix is the shading on the boxes. I do not want shading, but cannot get rid of it by selecting the page and selecting "no fill."

What can I do?
