ORganization Chart

Does anyone know a way to display 1 layer of subordinates
on the first page and have the manager and subordinates
displayed on subsequent pages - and linked back to the
initial page - automatically. i can almost achieve this
by choosing each manager in turn and giving them a
separate page - but i have about 60 managers to deal with.

TIA

Hi Ian,

I actually do something very similar to this quite often myself.

I bring in my org chart data from our exchange server - so I use the Org
chart wizard. On the last screen of the wizard - you get a dialog that
says:

"Specify how much of your organization appears on each page by modifying the
existing pages, adding new pages, or removing pages".

So, I click on the "Modify Page" button and put my top manager on the first
page, and 1 layer of subordinates.

Then I click on the "Add page" button and keep adding subordinates and their
reports (And it will automatically link them via a page to page hyperlink)

hope that helps,
darrin.
