Is there a way to make the boxes accept more than four lines? When you start it that's how many lines it gives you, but I need to have at least 6 lines in each box and the only other way to do that would be to recreate the whole chart (which is very time consuming)....any ideas?

It sounds like you are using Microsoft Organization Chart 2.0. Here's a KB
