Organizational Charts

[Curious]

I am configuring an org. chart in Word and it is confining me to the canvas.
I am not able to expand the canvas to fit more balloons. When I try to add
subordinates, it does not atoumatically resize to fit. Lastly, I need two
enitities on top.

Help anyone?

Try turning of the Canvas. Go to Tools | Options, General tab and uncheck
"Automatically create canvas when inserting drawing objects". You shouldn't
be limited to where you put things now.

My canvas was not removed. Any other suggestoins? ALso, how do you add
another entity to the top? I have two "top dogs".

If all else fails, just use your Drawing toolbar and insert and autoshape
next to the top dog slot and join it with a line also from your Drawing
toolbar. I hope this has been helpful to you.

Did you try removing the canvas?

Right click on the org chart and uncheck "Use Autoformat" you should then be
able to pull one of the subordinates up to the top level. You will also be
able to move/adjust the connector.
