organizational library under Eforms Registry

Current Exchange Server have an Eforms Registry under public folders with an
organizational library (by default) set in language English (USA).

I am trying to set up another organizational library under Eforms Registry
for sales department. MS have a KB for this, but I guess that's the basic
configuration. My goal is to publish some forms only to sales department and
all domaon users should not see this form. How can I accomplish this?

That's not supported. Outlook can recognize only one Organizational Forms library, for the entire organization.
