Otlook 2000 - duplicate copies of mail in folders

In trying to organize my mail by creating rules to divert
mail into various folders, I have ended up getting 2 and
3 copies of the same mail in the folders. How can I
resolve this - anyone know?

Add the action "Stop processing rules" to the rule because when more rules
apply to the message they will all execute.
