Oulook 2002 after upgrading to WindowsXP

Every time I start up Outlook 2002 after I upgraded to
Windows XP from Windows 98, an installer kicks off. It
goes for a while then gets halted looking for the file
called Outret.msi. How do I fix this issue?

Can you reinstall Office entirely from your Office CD? Note that OS upgrades
in place rarely go as smoothly as one would wish....
