Oulook Internet Mail

I have a user who is only getting the Internet mail option
for outlook and services does not show uip to change it to
the Exchange mode.

which version of outlook? it sounds like you are in internet only mode and
need to reconfigure for corporate - look in tools, options, mail [services]
for the reconfigure button.
