Out look mail account

Does any one know how to set up a mail account in outlook
so that mail can be retrieved from my sbc yahoo account.
When I set it up, all I get is an error message pop up
screen asking me if I want to send the error report to
microsoft or not and then outlook is shut down. What am I
doing wrong?
