Out of Memory or Disk Space

Hello All,

I have an NT4.0 user that has Office 2000Pro. Excel and Powerpoint work
just fine and Excel saves worksheets just fine. However Word will not always
save a document. It gives him a Out of Memory or Disk Space error. There is
at least 300Mb left on this drive and the paging file is set to 250Mb.
Memory does not show any errors. It seems to happen when he does a file
SaveAs. It seems to do a Save fine. The documents are not large (maybe
100kb). It originally had Office 97 and I did an upgrade on the Office App
to see if that would correct it. I'm not sure where to look next to fix
this error, anyone have any ideas??
