Out of Office Assistant

Out of Office Assistant only work internally but not when
people send emial from out side the company. someone
please help.

You can only use this feature if you are part of an EXCHANGE email system.
If not, your ISP/EMAIL provider should have a way to set this up (if not
find a new one).
