Out of Office Assistant

Good morning, hoping you can help me out with something,
here's the situation:

User A sent a message to user B. User A recieved an Out
of Office Assistant message from User C. User C was not
included on the original email.

Apparently this has happened a few times. I tried to
recreate the problem but everything worked fine. Any
suggestions?
