Out of office reply message

I am trying to set up an out of office reply for my e-mail
and have had no luck? Can somebody help??

What, exactly, do you mean by "no luck"?

Read the help included in Outlook. Notice that it says you need to be
using Exchange as your mail server. So, are you?
