Out of Office Troubleshooting

When OOO is turned on, the users do not get the OOO
message when they send an email to this users mailbox.
Any ideas? It is Outlook 2000 client and Exchange 5.5
server.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the SWEN virus, all mail sent to my personal account will be deleted
without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Gregg asked:
