Yes, but it's not really a great idea -- you're risking an endless mail loop
if you send the autoreply to another computer with an autoreply set up;
you're potentially going to let spammers know that your e-mail address is
valid; and you're going to let a lot of people know that your home or office
will be empty for a while (depending on your situation, of course). If you
