Out of system memory or resources error...

There are multiple users receiving this error when attaching documents to
email or tasks (drag and drop or via the insert link on the outlook standard
toolbar). The attachment kind or size does not matter, it seems like a file
is corrupt in the profile. The only possible fix we have found is deleting
and recreating the user's profile but in time the error returns. This error
occurs on multiple machines that have the available resources for outlook to
run, we are running Office 2003.

HAve you tried it in Outlook safe mode already and also with the
virusscanner (+Outlook integration) disabled?

Depends on your virusscanner. Usually you can do this in the main control
panel of your virusscanner.

The problem does not occur while in safe mode. I can't disable NAV for
exchange server because of a GPO. I disabled all other plug-ins via outlook,
no help. What isn't be loaded into outlook while in safe mode?

There are no disabled items while running in safe mode.
