Out of the office asssistant

I have Outlook 2000 SR1- is there an upgrade to get
the "out of the office assistant" or will I need office XP.
Also, with Outlook 2000, is there anyway to use the
forwarding feature (foward emails to another
address)...maybe with the rules wizard???

there is no Out Of Office Assistant if you do not log on to Exchange Server
