Outbox

HI,

Using Outlook 2002 with Exchange Server 2003 (all fully updated) when we
send mail it sits in the outbox for about 4 seconds. Is this normal? If you
click on the outbox during this delay it disappears.

Any help would be appreciated. Not sure if we are having a network issue or
if this is the way it is.
