I have several different email profiles/addresses, and
have one set as the default. However, when I send either
a new email or a reply, Outlook isn't using the default
address as my address. It changes from address to
address, so if I forget to chhose which address to use, it
doesn't always use the default. There is no rhyme or
reason to which name it's going to choose each time,
either. And it doesn't matter if I'm just replying. If I
received the email at address#1, and hit reply, it doesn't
use either my default address or address #1. It just
randomly chooses one of the addresses. Is there a way to
make it ALWAYS use the default address, and not any of the
other three when sending out email, if I forget to choose
which address I want the recipient to see? Thanks.
