It's a bug. But if you want to print the outline headings, you should be
able to print directly from outline view with the headings collapsed, and
get only the headings. (but apparently you *cannot* get first line only,
that will give you the full text). Test it by printing just 1 page. Just
don't go into Print Preview first, that's the buggy part.
