Outline text

PowerPoint should have an outline text feature. This is a powerful feature
and ensures that text really stands out on-screen regardless of the
background.

Mark,

I agree.... this would help with graphics displayed on TV also.

Contact Microsoft: Use MSWish to request features, report problems, etc.

A workaround (OK it's not great.... but it's better than nothing)

Add the "text shadow" using the text button (next to Bold / Italic /
Underline)
Then add the autoshape "shadow" (using the drawing toolbar shadow tool), but
make this appear "top left" of the text.

That almost gives a text outline.
