Outllook 2002 How to move address book and settings

We have just purchased a new computer and want to know how to move address book and all the other settings IE: Calendar appointments, alerts etc to the new computer............

The file you need to move and reuse is your Personal Folders file (*.pst)
It's where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
