Outllook 2003

Can anyone shed some light on why Outllook 2003 isn't updating the server
side? Running O2K3TR with Exchange 2000. Inbox in either offline or cache
mode shows 16 items, hitting exchange with online mode shows some 1300
items. I've tried forcing synch and custom send / recieve.

I need to hit the store with an IMAP device for the weekend and need to
clean up the online version. Short of manually going through all the email
and trying to put them back in the correct folders does any have ANY
suggestions other than wait for the release / it's beta??

have you tried a new profile? sometime a new ost helps, but a new profile
should fix it for sure - that way if you discover things it's not pushing
back to the sever, you can use the old profile too.

have you checked the conflicts folder or deleted folder for error logs?

unless you have filters set, the most likely cause is message #17 is causing
problem - if you have groupshield on the server it's the most likely cause.
delete the message using classic mode and it should work.

New profile didn't help - same situation. No errors in the conflict folder.
Tried uninstalling and re-installing. Seems I need to create a new OST then
manually get everything back in place. :(
