Outllook 2007 - Tech Refresh makes OL unworkable

R

RFJ

After Outlook crashed the online MSHelp suggested I instal the Tech refresh.

Now I get the following messages :

OL : Cannot start outlook .Cannot initialise MS Office Shared utils. Restart
your computer or reinstall MS Office Outlook

Word/Excel : Not enough disc space or memory to run Word (or Excel)

After checking what others have done, so far I've :
rebooted
repaired via Add/Remove Progs
deinstalled / reinstalled Outlook (where the original problem)
deinstalled / reinstalled Office 2007
created a new mail profile for OL
renamed mapi32.dll files in folders others than system32.

None worked.

Can SKS help on how to overcome this - since all the work I did to solve
this problem has now made my OfficeXP applications unworkable as well.

For info OS is XPPro

TIA

Rob
