Outlook 2000 and 100% CPU useage

Outlook 2000 (and XP professional) has suddenly started to use 100% CPU power
- as shown by Task Manager. I recently installed IE 7. Can this have any
impact on Outlook? Does anyone else get this problem?

You can test this yourself easily. Uninstall IE7.
