The problem:
A Windows 2000 Server on a 2003 backbone is having issues connecting to a
shared mailbox. The mailbox was migrated over from Exchange 5.5. Using
Outlook 2000, we can not connect to the shared mailbox. It keeps asking for
the username, domain, and password. A domain admin, user, and the shared
mailbox itself. Constantly get a message stating that the logon credentials
were incorrect. We can ping the Exchange Server 2003 with no problem, just
can't resolve anything.
Any help would be great
