Outlook 2000 asks for password after Office 2000 SP3

Right after I install Office 2000 SP3(Traditional Chinese,
Taiwan), Outlook 2000 prompts for a password all the time
when I send outgoing email, even when I clear and reset my
account inside Outlook 2000.

Is there a fix?
