I support a user that likes to Double click on pdf
attachments and then have the dialog box pop up that
promps him to Open of Save to disk. I have mine set up to
automatically open. Is there a way to reset this so I get
the dialog box prompting me to open or save? He is getting
an error addressed in article 810646 and I just wanted to
see if I could recreate the issue and then try the hotfix.
