OUTLOOK 2000 AUTO REPLY WHILE OUT

Maybe a dumb question but can Outlook 2000 send an
automatic reply to anyone trying to contact me while I'm
out on vacation? If so, how do I set it up? Also, if
they do email me are the original emails received when I
return? I have tried and cannot figure it out. I
appreciate your help.
