Outlook 2000 backup problems

I am having trouble with the backup add on for Outlook
2000. I downloaded the backup utility and installed it
and it appears ok. I can open the backup tool but when I
click on options it does not come up with any folders to
backup and also does not allow me to browse for a
location to store the file. The "save backup" option is
inaccessable too. Can anyone offer any advice. Thankyou

When you click Options, the following window should have under the heading
Backup,
'Personal Folders' with a tick box next to it.
Once ticked the other options become available.

That box is "dull" and will not let me enter anything
into it. I set it up on my home cmputer with Outlook
2003 with no problems.

I can think of no reason why the tick box is unavailable.
My only suggestions would be;
1) In OL uninstall the backup addin, close OL then add it back.
2) if that fails uninstall, add/remove, then reinstall
I've used this addin on many OL2K installs without a problem.
I dont know whether installing this, when logged on as Administrator would
make any difference.
