Outlook 2000 - Creating folders

Hello all.

When I create folders i outlook, is there a way to
predefine how that folder should look like?
Is there a place where I can tell outlook what kind of
info that it shold display in this folder? ( e.g. size,
from etc)
Hope you know what I mean?

Outlook will let you specify what the folder will contain (contacts, mail,
calendar, .etc), but not the max size of each item, items should only be
from, .etc. If you need to control what is displayed in the columns, you
want to use a custom view. See View > Current View.
