outlook 2000 default e-mail folders under windows XP again

Simon Whitby

Hi. I hope someone can help. If so please reply to my
email. Removing "REMOVE" gives my address.

I've just installed Office 2000 on a laptop running
Windows XP. When I try to open Outlook I get the error
message:

"Unable to open your default e-mail folders. Outlook
could not start because a location to send and receive
mail could not be found."

It suggests I add a location via "Mail" in Control Panel.
I've tried this - the option seems to be on the "Delivery"
tab, but there are no location options available and it
won't let me add one.

Can anyone please help?

Thanks
